The Trans Mara Conservation Area: Keturo Hill
The southeastern corner of Migori County borders a long stretch of Narok County along the peripheral area of the Masai Mara Ecosystem. Trans Mara, a term commonly referring to “beyond the Mara”, is widely used to refer to the peripheral area northwest of Masai Mara National Reserve along the outer side of the Siria Escarpment.
