To further their aims, Siambi Resort partnered with local guides, which works to bolster the living legacy of the island, found in a hatful of historic sites, shrines as well as in the village life itself. Siambi Resort is rather restful, with a modern touch in its amenities. The main complex building has 12 spacious rooms, all with a worktop, hot shower, circular fans and wifi. It is beautifully-sited at the base of a hill, that gently rolls down to the lake and an unspoiled private beach. The well-kept grounds, planted with a good mix of exotic trees and palms, pleasantly add to the beauty of the setting. On the grounds are two lounges and a series of garden seats along the lakeshore.

Alternative accomodation is provided at their camping ground, with equipment rented at a fee. A boat, with a canopied top, is at hand to take visitors on tours of the nearby Takawiri Island, and other islands of interest.
